Reservations can be made via our contact form, by email at rezerwacje@vialeverde.pl or by phone at +48 512 033 066

When making a reservation, please provide the number of guests, the reservation date, the preferred time, the full name of the person making the reservation, and a contact phone number.

Weekend reservations are accepted from Monday to Friday.

The above information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your reservation.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
- Data Controller

- Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:- accepting and managing table reservations;
– contacting you regarding your reservation;
– handling complaints or pursuing or defending legal claims, where applicable.
- Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases:
– Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and to perform the contract relating to the provision of restaurant services;
– Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, including managing reservations, communicating with guests, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
- Provision of Personal Data
Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to make a reservation.
- Recipients of Personal Data
Your personal data may be disclosed to entities providing IT services, hosting services, reservation system support, and other service providers assisting the Data Controller in the operation of its business, on the basis of appropriate agreements.
- Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to process your reservation and thereafter for the period required by applicable law or until the expiry of any applicable limitation period for legal claims.
- Your Rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; request the erasure of your personal data; request restriction of processing; object to the processing of your personal data; receive your personal data in a portable format (data portability).
- Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
- Automated Decision-Making
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
