Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made via our contact form, by email at rezerwacje@vialeverde.pl or by phone at +48 512 033 066

§

When making a reservation, please provide the number of guests, the reservation date, the preferred time, the full name of the person making the reservation, and a contact phone number.

§

Weekend reservations are accepted from Monday to Friday.

§

The above information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your reservation.

1. The standard reservation duration is 2 hours (this does not apply to groups of more than 6 guests).
2. We respond to reservation requests and email enquiries within 48 hours.
3. Reservations are held for 15 minutes from the confirmed reservation time. After this period, the table may be released to other guests.
4. If you expect to arrive late, please contact us. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that your table will remain available after the 15-minute holding period.
5. The restaurant cannot guarantee seating for more guests than the number confirmed at the time of booking.
6. If you wish to increase the number of guests after making a reservation, please contact us by email at rezerwacje@vialeverde.pl or by phone at +48 512 033 066. Any changes are subject to availability and confirmation.
7. Due to the high volume of reservations, we may occasionally be unable to answer all phone calls immediately.
8. For the comfort of all guests, reservations for groups of more than 12 people require the menu to be agreed in advance with the restaurant manager.
9. If a menu has not been arranged in advance (including for groups of fewer than 12 guests), service times may be longer.
10. Any exceptions to this Reservation Policy must be agreed with the restaurant manager and confirmed in writing or by email by both parties.
11. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse a reservation without providing a reason.
12. Making a reservation by phone or email constitutes acceptance of this Reservation Policy.
13. In addition to our online reservation system, reservations can also be made by phone during the restaurant’s opening hours at +48 512 033 066.
14. Complaints may be submitted by email to ristorante@vialeverde.pl.
15. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of Data Processing
   Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:- accepting and managing table reservations;
   – contacting you regarding your reservation;
   – handling complaints or pursuing or defending legal claims, where applicable.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
   Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases:
   – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and to perform the contract relating to the provision of restaurant services;
   – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, including managing reservations, communicating with guests, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
4. Provision of Personal Data
   Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to make a reservation.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
   Your personal data may be disclosed to entities providing IT services, hosting services, reservation system support, and other service providers assisting the Data Controller in the operation of its business, on the basis of appropriate agreements.
6. Data Retention
   Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to process your reservation and thereafter for the period required by applicable law or until the expiry of any applicable limitation period for legal claims.
   
7. Your Rights
   Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; request the erasure of your personal data; request restriction of processing; object to the processing of your personal data; receive your personal data in a portable format (data portability).
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
   If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
9. Automated Decision-Making
   Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
